Lionel Strub

Chef /Proprietor

Opened the Bank Street Fig & Fennel delicatessen & Coffee Shop in Wetherby in 2001 and opened the first restaurant in 2004. Opened the new Fennel in Victoria Court in May 2008

Currently on a one year placement at
